I ordered this for halloween and it arrived well in time which I was really pleased about. It is 'fancy dress quality' so don't be surprised when it's not exactly like the picture and the skirt is more than short (it doesn't cover my bum!) so think about what you're going to wear under it when you're placing an order.
Ordered this for my 18th party and everyone had to wear something but I was the best dressed!
