The 7 Seas Sailor fancy dress costume comes in a deep navy blue material to ensure a great look.
Includes the white neck-tie (which could be worn to 'sailor-up' any outfit), netted underskirt and a cute matching navy blue hat. It is one piece but has a zip up the size to make fitting easy. It is a short style - you may find you prefer to wear leggings or something underneath the skirt for additional coverage.
